Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Stay
There is no time limit for your visit to the exhibition during opening hours. We recommend allowing about 1.5 hours for your visit. The duration depends on how long you spend looking at each work and whether you wish to read all the available information. Once you leave the exhibition, you will not be able to re-enter.
Accessibility
The exhibition is accessible, and an accessible restroom is also available. We recommend that wheelchair users visit the exhibition with a companion. Our exhibition warmly welcomes all visitors, including those with hearing or visual impairments. However, we would like to point out that the exhibition experience is primarily visual in nature and that numerous information panels are provided for orientation and explanation. We strive to make the content as inclusive as possible to ensure an enriching experience for all guests.
Payment
Payment can be made exclusively by card—using a debit card or major credit cards.
Epilepsy

Lost and Found Office

Strollers
Strollers are permitted in the exhibition, space permitting. On days with high visitor traffic, strollers may need to be left in the foyer area.
Lockers
There are lockers available on site that can be used for a fee of 1 euro. There is no coat check.
Seating
To provide you with an intense and immersive experience, our exhibition is designed as a dynamic tour. As a result, seating is available only in a few areas and on a limited basis.
Souvenirs
Our shop offers a wide variety of souvenirs for sale.
Animals
Dogs or other animals are not permitted at the exhibition, unless prior arrangements have been made. This exception applies exclusively to guide dogs or service dogs.
